Oh sh*t, here we go again.
We’re not covering the World Cup this summer. We’re covering The World’s Cup.
We were on the beaches in Brazil in 2014. The streets of Moscow in 2018. But in 2022, we did something different. We went thousands of miles from the stadium, deep into Argentina, to show what the tournament actually does to the people who live for it. We found something so special that we’re doing it again. Even bigger.
So while the matches themselves unfold in the US, Canada and Mexico, we’ll be showing how they are experienced everywhere else - in Baghdad, Tashkent, Asunción, Praia and far beyond. The World Cup doesn’t only belong to the host nations. It belongs to everyone who lives for it.
Stay tuned, something very special is on the way.

A pleasure to serve on the Supervisory Board of FIFA Clearing House since its launch.
There have been teething issues, but results in first 30 months are extremely promising.
Thank you to @GarciaSilvero for your support and trust.

A deep dive into the off-field struggles of Melbourne Victory and Melbourne City ahead of this weekend's A-League grand final.
Big thanks to @sebth @TonyIsing and @aidanfawkes for their insights.
🇦🇺 The A-League will have it's first ever Melbourne Derby GF this weekend.
The two clubs, however, are in a state of chronic decline with crowds down 51%.
Can the decider act as a springboard to brighter days?

If you told me 10 years ago Saudi Arabia would allow commercials like this, I would laugh and call you crazy.
Despite all their issues, this is a monumental shift.

The final of the OFC Nations Cup and Vanuatu fans are sitting on the roof. Won’t get this at the Euros or Copa America. Got to love Oceania!
