Coach Mike instructed both our middle school and high school athletes, giving them mental and physical tools to increase their knowledge and improve their shooting mechanics. Each girl learned concepts and drills that they can take with them from the event. The volume of reps, speed of the drills, variety, and instruction was phenomenal during the segment. Last membership session at Spring Lake!
I partnered with their girls program and made 20 trips there from June-October. I was able to work with 13 players in their boy+girls programs plus other players in the area.

It’s a series of 10 shooting challenges, meant to test your resilience. Members do it every Oct.
Some yrs no players finish. Other years, a handful. A couple more have a shot in the coming days.

One way I evaluate how a workout went is simply the time on task.
As @coachmsoukup says, “time on task is king.”
I have to limit the time players spend in line, passing, rebounding, listening to me, etc and maximize their time spent on quality shooting reps #MakeShots
