Section 8 - Piedmont. Got support from The Widdler and got to see him drop it live twice which was insane on so many levels. Has samples from The Temptations because my mom was a huge fan of The Temptations and Motown. She was a such an inspiration. youtu.be/8uIDsiMnsCk?is=Kh5x…

Matt Yglesias says people in Minneapolis shouldn't have risen up against ICE. This worldview is not just cruel and amoral -- it's also deeply divorced from how political change happens. It’s kindergarten-level magical thinking, dressed up as hardnosed realism.

Me: "Even if it was unpopular, are you saying the Democratic Party should not speak out against the president sending migrants who have committed no crimes to be tortured in a foreign gulag?" @mattyglesias: "Yeah." Me: "Just stay silent?" Yglesias: "I think that sometimes, if you want to help people... you gotta win first." Me: "They might be dead in three years time, by the time you win." Despite all the arguments on this hellsite over the exact number of his Piker tweets, this was the part of my interview with Matthew Yglesias that really stood out to me. I was actually stunned by this response. Shouldn't politics also stand for something more than triangulation, polling and 4-D chess strategizing? Full interview: zeteo.com/p/matt-yglesias-me…

Do you think Fallout 5 is taking so long because Todd Howard can't find any more songs from the 50s that mention atom bombs

A salary cap seems like wanting to split the dividends of a stock and none of the appreciation. If the stock doesn’t pay a dime in dividends but goes up in value, it’s obviously a valuable stock. The second a salary cap is inked franchise values would SOAR. Clear L for players.

I don't know what the conditions are for MLBPA accepting a salary cap. But MLB's approach to splitting the pie is "OK, we'll split the pie, but everything that grows is going to be over here in MLB's pie store, and we're not fucking sharing any of that"

A BioWare dev on reddit leaked a Mass Effect 5 trailer... it's called MASS EFFECT UNIVERSE and it's fucking gorgeous. I'm crying. This is everything I wanted. They were a lot farther than we thought. FUCK EA

I’m going to miss this series so much. Mass Effect was such a favorite of mine. I looked through my photos and I have endless pictures of me just loving the game and being amazed and wanting to somehow capture that moment

Just finished Mass Effect Andromeda. I loved it! I still prefer the trilogy for story, but this one really excels the others in a lot of ways especially combat. So freaking pumped for whenever Mass Effect 5 comes out

I had never played the Mass Effect trilogy when it first came out, so the Legendary Edition was my introduction and it instantly became one of my favorite series ever. So sad about the news today. N7 ❤️
