Grateful for the opportunity to prepare for and run this race! It was so humid and there was a bit of unanticipated walking, but I'm proud that I finished close to my goal.

Technically not plastic cups and bags, but it's still not great. Our whole meeting opted for hot drinks to reduce plastic consumption. I'm going to count this as half.
