One of my favourite use cases is autofilling relevant muscles in my fitness tracker 💪🏻
If using automation (not to mention AI, buttons and more) to smash your fitness goals sounds cool, check out my template on the @NotionHQ Template Gallery 👇

The new table of contents feature is a huge improvement, not just because it's cleaner, but because there's finally an easy way to jump back UP a page that doesn't take you straight to the top
Really excited to get started with @theJoshRedd @BTaks_Notion @ZikiDoesNotion over at Notion State 🧠
I think I'm now officially anti-database when it comes to @NotionHQ
Scrollable contents - such a well implemented quality of life feature 🥰
We have a scrollable table of contents for pages with headings in @NotionHQ now!
Just stumbled upon this but all I can say is: quality of life = fulfilled ❤️
At first, I wasn't sure what the benefit of the 'Summary' AI property on Notion would be in practice.
Starting to see now how useful it is for new joiners or people switching to Notion from a different tool.
It's also a helpful way to verify that a page makes high-level sense.
I've been away for a month while I started a new job and focused on finishing my latest template but I'm back now.
What did I miss?
Finally got my How-To recorded for The Change Manager!
Now for the thumbnails and marketing material
Got so many draft @make_hq automations - time to get a subscription 😅
Simplifying my Finances in Notion.
Are there any properties here I can remove? Anything I should add?
The simplest automations can be the most effective.
This one adds anyone who puts in a discovery call with me to my leads database and adds the meeting to my meetings database.
It then drafts an email with my standard pre-discovery questions to review and send.
Automations are often discussed in terms of time savings, but they can also save money and streamline our tech stack.
I’m going to be revisiting my costs over the next couple of weeks and letting you know what tools I can replace with automations.
Just the video tutorial and a bit of testing to go and my change management template is ready to be released 👀
Decided to go from “Selida” to “Selida Solutions” to emphasise the final output and differentiate myself a bit more.
(Also, alliteration sounds cool)
What do you think?
Starting from a blank canvas in Notion is daunting.
In my latest video, I cover three tips for creating a Notion workspace to get some structure in and establish best-practice from the start.

The video tutorial for my KPI template has got really good feedback but I’m still not sure what the best way is to make tutorials for more complex templates.
Lots of small videos or one really long video?
