$XBI #Biotechs - still seeing several Biotechs at least to my eyes - data was much better then what stock price is implying??
$XBI #Biotechs - generalist note As Q4 begins, investors are a bit shell-shocked by recent brutal downturn. Though engaged, they are somewhat more cautious &are looking to preserve YTD gains rather than risk them by being aggressive. Nonetheless, our analysis suggests the financial reports of most commercial companies will be SOLID , &that there are plenty of notable catalysts among the developmental. are hopeful that good fundamentals will help return interest to the sector.

$TGTX Jefferies PT $83 like the updates from TGTX at MSToronto. Azer-cel first-in-human allo CD19 CART in PMS data showed good tolerability/ safety &encouraging benefit. Still early days (no credit in current stock), this could evolve into a bigger story if efficacy/ durability continues. Subq Ph1 data continued to point to a potential Ph3 win ~'26/ '27.
$TGTX unreal to think we’re talking -REGISTRATION trials for something not ONE analyst had anything in their models for - but that’s what GREAT data in UNMET needs does - Q3 call in weeks. Azer & SUBq should dominate the call - I fully believe Weiss & $DTIL moves quickly as they can- Enthusiasm by DOCS & patients quickly growing

$UTHR Cantor raising PT on UTHR to $850 (from $700), and it continues to be one of our favorite names to own heading into 2027. UTHR has been a high conviction call for us this year, and even though investors have certainly warmed up to the story, we still see plenty of upside from here.

$TGTX early AZER CEL beats ROCHE?? Early efficacy signals hold up against the Ph3 PPMS evidence base, despite a sicker, anti-CD20-refractory population. Azer-cel enrolled patients more disabled, older, and more heavily pre-treated than either RHHBY's Ph3 ORATORIO or Ph3 FENtrepid PPMS trial, with a median EDSS of 6.0 vs. 4.5 in ORATORIO and 5.0 in FENtrepid, a median age of 51.5 vs. means of 44.7 and 48.9, and 100% prior anti-CD20 exposure where ORATORIO excluded prior B-cell therapy.
$TGTX BRILEY PT $86 AZER CEL TGTX (Buy, $86 PT): Azer-cel’s first data show a clean safety profile, with efficacy now a function of dose &time. All 26 participants had progression independent of relapse activity (PIRA) in the prior 12 months despite anti-CD20 therapy. They had a median of 3 prior therapies, a median age of 51.5, a median of 8.6 years since diagnosis, and a median EDSS of 6.0, split across PPMS (9), naSPMS (10), and active SPMS (7). CRS (2/26, Grade 1-2) and ICANS (2/26, Grade 1) showed no dose trend from DL1 (30M cells) to DL6 (500M cells). There was no immune effector cell-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis-like syndrome (IEC-HS), no graft-versus-host disease, no Grade 3 or higher infection, and 42.3% (11/26) of patients experienced Grade 3 or higher treatment-emergent AEs and 15.4% (4/26) experienced serious AEs (4/26).

$TGTX AZER CEL - checks off Biomarkers confirm peripheral and CSF target engagement and an immune-reset phenotype, with humoral immunity preserved and no early injury signal. Two key questions for CAR-T in progressive MS are whether they can reach B cells behind the blood-brain barrier, and reset rather than simply suppress the B-cell repertoire.

$SOFI treat the 10/27 mark (3Q26E EPS of $0.07 vs. $0.165 consensus) as a downside sensitivity and an event risk, not the organizing principle: a 10th-percentile mark costs ~$0.24 of one-time EPS and leaves $1.11 of FY28E EPS (18x = $20) intact for ~0.5pt of CET1 (~15% by 2H27E on our model), and 16.9% of float short suggests much of it is discounted. believe SOFI among the neos represents most compelling tuck in value for an incumbent bank or tech platform.
Monness Crespi Hardt🏁 $SOFI Buy-$20 $HOOD $AFRM PYPL UPST Monness Crespi Hardt said in its initiation report: Cheap at 13.2x our FY28E EPS: the -13% since 7/28 has moved essentially in step w/ rate markets turning to price hikes, the reset is largely hedged and, in our model, a one-quarter event, $14.62 discounts only ~3.3% perpetual growth, and ex the mark we are ~7% above the Street on FY27E-FY28E EPS. Underneath, the product engine is accelerating: products +42% to 24.4m in 2Q26 (twice the member adds), 51% of new products opened by existing members (35% a year ago) and the Tech Platform +13% q/q after the Galileo client loss (with a call option on stablecoin bank tech adoption for settlement issuer processing embedded). We treat the 10/27 mark (3Q26E EPS of $0.07 vs.
