I've recently rediscovered, and have been obsessed with, Endless by Frank Ocean. It really is one of them ones.

Nice! Here are some thoughts from me, a 7+ year Business Intelligence Analyst ( I made dashbaords for execs lol ).... - about 7ish months ago, Claude outputted a beauitful dashbaord end to end, in one-shot. It was a .pbip file, and it looked pretty good! This floored me! - I remember sitting back in my chair, and being taken aback...What used to take days, took minutes (everyone is feeling this across industries). - I have always thought, even throughout my career, the most important skill isn't Power BI, Tableau, Dashboarding etc, it's understanding data. Something most of your stakeholders will never do, is take the time to understand the data model. They just want numbers.
Claude Dashboards and Claude Motion are in beta today. Ask Claude to turn your data into live dashboards and your ideas into animated explainers.

So as long as you're worth your weight as an analyst, I think you'll be okay. Data skills go beyond dashboards, they are skills needed to better understand humans. Your ability to tell stories and help bridge understanding gaps from non-technical people is the true moat.

Even though ai has unlocked so much, as a data analyst, you're also still competing with other analysts like me. This is fun!

Sportsbooks should just become live stats apps too. They’re half-assing it.

Has anyone built a way to connect agents to X/twitter bookmarks? I save so many cool ideas!

Saw this on my timeline yesterday, and have been trying it out today. So far have been doing it for like ~3hrs, and it's been working great! I feel more focused and a bit more productive, feels like I have less stray thoughts. The trouble is how to organize the agent's info as it comes back to you. That's been fun to try and organize.
since this week i've been running most of my work life through a single chat thread that orchestrates everything else feels so good not having to scroll through endless lists of chats anymore

I have ben out of Fable usage for 2 days, and Opus is SO much harder to talk to. Crazy... The frustration is so real with Opus 5, that 4.8 seems better still.

Life is easier when someone else provides the structure. School. College. Work. Deadlines. You simply follow. When the external structure disappears, freedom feels confusing. Because discipline is easy to borrow. Self-discipline has to be built. The hardest part of being free is learning to structure yourself. #mindset
