With the passing of Wendell Berry, a great voice of the Soul leaves us. May we keep it alive.

youโ€™ll never guess who he is referring to here
he has the ideal body shape now. he literally made millions from this body. im saying he would look more stylish if he layered and wore outfits that had more texture and complexity.

I have a lot of chronic health issues since getting covid. I am so lucky that after almost two years I've been able to build back up to long runs and make a marathon possible, but it's been incredibly difficult with a lot of hard and shitty days.
Replying to @sentient_bees
I didn't think that would be possible. Especially while you're preparing for the marathon. ๐Ÿ˜ฒ

I had some chronic health issues pre-covid. But long covid has exacerbated all of them and added a bunch of new fun stuff to the mix. Wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.

I have to see a new specialist (love adding more doctors to the roster, w/e) but my Immunologist thinks I'm allergic to progesterone (as in, the progesterone that my body naturally produces) which is just rude as hell of my body. And if so, there's no treatment. Love this for me!

My brain is so dumb because I saw this and my first thought was "well, I love the bee sternum tattoo I already have, but I definitely need a sword tattoo somewhere else" .....I already have a sword tattoo. More sword tattoos?

A key point missing in a lot of post debate analysis is that Trumpโ€™s claim about immigrants eating pets almost perfectly syncs up to the piano in the Peanuts theme song.

Every night I got to bed and it's like I'm falling asleep for the first time. I have no idea where my arms should go. Why don't I know this by now.

I have long covid. Going on two years. I see multiple specialists. Their wait times are ridiculous because of all their long covid patients. I feel lucky to have gotten to a point where I am functional again, but I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.
โ€œNo Olympic athletes are going to get Long Covid! Itโ€™s been 4 years and I donโ€™t know anyone who has Long Covid!โ€ Yes. You do. Many people donโ€™t disclose their disabilities for fear of ableist backlash. Others donโ€™t connect the dots and may not realize they have Long Covid ๐Ÿงต/1
