Half the struggle of making content is finding that thing you already made.
Well, we fixed that! HQ Library shipped today: it's one place for every photo, video and brand asset, described and tagged for you.
But that's not the only latest release... @jacob_posel and @coreyepstein are going live at 11 AM PT to walk through this week's top HQ launches.
Here's a peek inside:

I don't see enough people talking about the crazy leverage businesses have now that AI is the entry point to all work.
It's like connecting your team's brains and making the best of each person the baseline for the whole company.

Everyone wants to get "AI enabled" and think that means interviewing every employee and mapping out every process.
This is a sure way to fail from the start.
❌ you are assuming AI-enablement means automation vs. augmentation, and focuses on what is done today, vs. what is possible.
❌ asking your ranks to map our their processes for an enablement team to automate will create resentment and a negative attitude towards AI....both are poison
This is the only rollout sequence I have seen work:
1. CEO/C-Suite
2. CFO/FP&A
3. GTM / Marketing
4. Devs->if they aren't the ones driving the adoption, they probably need to be replaced
Is anyone else seeing the same?
Your notetaker doesn't start and finish work before the call is over? Lame.

I have SaaS companies asking to pipe their data into their customers HQ so it can inform broader company analysis.
I have agencies asking if they can join their clients HQ to improve service delivery.
HQ is becoming the entry point for all company work. It's like Slack Connect for everything else.
Guilty - shipping bad UX on the hqforwork.com home page.
Sentence: Design session fingerprints for post-mortem forensics and ship within 24 hours.

We just crossed 1,000 companies on HQ, and we're celebrating with some major updates today.
Our new desktop app is live! A major overhaul for usability and design. All your companies, bots, conversations and files in one place.
More to come soon 😏
HQ Core v16 is live.
Conduct on by default: every task goes to a background worker on Claude, Codex, or Grok. Your session stays fast and free for the next question.
Faster tool calls: hooks no longer boot Node on every call. About 40% less CPU per tool call.
Policy lifecycle and aging: the right rule shows up next to the action it governs, and stale rules retire themselves. Smarter rules, cleaner memory.
Better integration awareness: HQ knows which of your connected apps it can use and routes through them first.
Multi-company session bindings: work across several companies in one session with each company’s context and credentials kept separate. Built for agencies and service businesses.
New skills:
/handoff-all saves every open session in one step
/resume-all brings them all back

Autonomy will allow us to move back to the square. The value of human connection will grow. People who now stay glued to their screens should start practicing being present away from them.
These were my thoughts after experiencing /super-conductor riding our live transcripts.

You guys should really try this
/super-conductor is live!
Turn one Claude Code session into the supervisor for every other session you have open, plus your team's messages.
The best way to manage multiple agents.
→ Every open session reports to one board
→ It spots collisions before they happen and puts merges in order
→ It answers routine questions from your team
→ Merges, deploys and anything risky wait for your go
→ It keeps running until you tell it to stop

Wait what do you mean this is deployed on HQ?
Let me introduce you to what @couuor called the $100M feature
HQ Deploy (watch to the end where you can see comments)
Alright got a bit more interest than I expected. Should have realized $500 is too cheap. Lets have fun with this.
Gonna auction it off, winner take all. Next 48 hours.
Book it here: dpp-auction-design.indigo-hq…

Three weeks ago @cherieueno joined HQ
I was blown away with what she was able to do immediately
It felt just felt like she understood... everything
I asked her to write about it.
This is what your first two weeks on HQ look like 👇
blog-first-two-weeks-with-hq…
ok
HQ is:
• "a harness"
opinionated, powerful yet customizable way of working WITH AI (on your own)
• "an AI multiplayer, MULTIPLIER"
clear roles, ways to share work TOGETHER so wins compound, and mistakes/changes don't turn into operational debt
• "a system"
all of those decisions, workflows, processes, SOPs that HUMANS are imperfect and... forget to check, reinforce, follow, etc... are centralized and more read
So.. to put it all together:
➡️HQ is an operating system for teams of humans and AI agents⬅️
It gives Claude, Codex, and Cursor shared context, reusable skills, and coordinated workflows—so AI can carry work across projects without starting from zero every time.
SO... you can:
• Enable your non technical users
to access the stronger, specific, latest up to date AI you created - the skill, an app, a process... where they already work. In Slack, Email, etc. NOT claude code or codex.
• Empower the doer's to... do with precise restraint
Scale their time, their effort, attention to detail, expertise, beyond their previous limit. help reduce handoffs, reduce confusion, reduce mistakes. let them cook. and then make everyones lives better (the non technical users, and feedback for the builders).
• Let the Builders Build.
supercharge the developers, the builders, the architects, the leaders - to explore a new frontier of work. make work less sucky. remove a shitty process thats been plaguing you. reinforce the expected behaviors of your human teammates - while freeing them up with less route bullshit tasks and deterministic "borign" work. build Workers, Agents, Workflows, Skills that buy back time, improve efficiency, and reduce friction in their daily lives.
when i'm back home, i'm excited to restart the content engine and CRANK to spread the good word (even if you don't use HQ, use SOMETHING).
LMK of any questions or what you want to see more of besides the shit posts and memes.

If I can give any company advice on trying to get their team AI enabled
1. Grow up, get your team on the smartest tools. Claude Code, Codex, Cursor. The desktop apps.
This infantilization of employees needs to stop.
