And for those who attack individuals and to run away from the substance of these reports, those who are a threat to the UN and the international community are those who do not abide by their obligations under the charter of the UN and relevant UN resolutions, cannot come and lecture to us about their bad behavior, condemned almost by the entire international community and hundreds of millions of people demonstrated in the streets."
