‼️SEARCH WARRANT FOR CHARLIE KIRK'S PHONE CLAIMS IT WAS WITHELD ILLEGALLY FROM EVIDENCE: ✅Detective Michael George Carl, Utah County Police Department: 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 ✅Issued the search warrant for Charlie's body, all personal items found on his person and accompanying him to Timpanogos Hospital, AND ALL ELECTRONICS ON HIS PERSON AND THAT ACCOMPANIED HIM TO TIMPANOGOS HOSPITAL. ✅Signed under oath that ALL personal items were confiscated and issued into the custody of the Utah County Police Department. 🟥Search Warrant No. 3213811: Page 1-7: ⛔️Claims Charlie Kirk's iPhone WAS UNLAWFULLY ACQUIRED OR UNLAWFULLY POSSESSED". ⛔️Page 1: "Your affiant has reason to believe: iPhone13 model number: A2482 and IMEI number: 350776598879683; dark blue in color; ⛔️"Has been used or is possessed for the purpose of being used to commit or conceal the commission of an offense; or is evidence of illegal conduct". ⛔️Charlie's phone was recovered from his person and given back to Erika Kirk. ✅Why haven't Frank Turek and Erika Kirk been charged for withholding evidence contained in the warrant? ADDITIONALLY: 🔴The warrant included Charlie's necklace. ❌The necklace was given to Erika Kirk by Frank Turek, according to his own testimony. 🔴The warrant included all clothing items on Charlie's body. ❌Charlie's shirt was cut off of him by Brian Harpole and thrown away (his testimony). What became of the rest of his clothing? 🔴The warrant would have included one RODE MICROPHONE, still attached (allegedly) to his t-shirt; one MICROPHONE RECEIVER, allegedly taped to his body. ❌Rode mic or any accompanying parts have never been mentioned in any report. Where are they? 🔴Deputy Michael George Carl works for the cybercrimes child sex exploitation unit for Utah County. At the time of the warrant there was NO SUSPECT IN CUSTODY. 🔴GEORGE ZINN HAD NOT YET BEEN FOUND AND CONVICTED OF POSSESSION OF CHILD PO*RN ON HIS COMPUTER.
