@McDonalds I don’t know who needs to hear this, but if your store fails to deliver a paid order within an hour’s time to a customer present at the restaurant, that’s a big problem. For customer service to refuse to refund the order or intervene in any way is unacceptable.
My hope is that I can find someone in the chain of command who will agree this is not the intent of the rules.

Yes, as I already said IN THIS THREAD, that’s where I started. Wouldn’t be here if you’d given me answers by email. Guess what, if you don’t honor the terms of an agreement, that IS a big issue for any company without a monopoly. Sadly, OPPD has one. #classactionlawsuit
