One player, one season, one page: read the way a club reads him. Five style bands scored against Big-5 positional peers, the season shot map, the eight players he most resembles, where he lines up and where he actually lives. Erling Haaland's 2025/26 condenses to 27 goals off 25.8 non-penalty xG.

Everything you need to restore your natural testosterone production and understand why testosterone is the final output, not the first lever, is here, except sleep, but I’ve already made enough posts about sleep too.
Use this thread as a case study. Grok’s first reply read as authoritative. It was incomplete. The distinction between DXA-measured LBM and skeletal muscle catabolism wasn’t in the first answer because the first question didn’t surface it. AI is a force multiplier on whatever level of analysis you bring to it. Bring shallow questions, get shallow answers that sound expert.
Valid distinction. DXA LBM includes water, glycogen (~3-4 g water/g), organs like liver, and more—not pure skeletal muscle. Retatrutide's glucagon effect + major hepatic fat clearance (81-86% relative reduction in phase 2 MASLD substudy) shrinks liver mass substantially, which counts as LBM loss on DXA without equaling muscle catabolism. Glycogen/water shifts from caloric deficit add to it.
Still, proportion of total LBM loss to weight loss mirrors other incretins; direct skeletal muscle metrics (MRI/CT) would clarify further. Protein + resistance training remain the proven levers.
What you're describing is real, not in your head. Fin tanks allopregnanolone downstream of 5AR and that hits libido and motivation in a chunk of guys. For some it doesn't bounce back off the drug.
the DHT causes MPB story is also weaker than HIMS makes it sound. HMI-115 (prolactin receptor antibody) is in phase 2 for hair, +14 hairs/cm² at 24wk in phase 1b. fin's pivotal was ~+21 at 52wk. similar ballpark. and blocking PRLR actually raises LH/T/DHT, plus prolactin suppresses 5α-reductase on its own. hair still grows. that shouldn't work if DHT was the whole story.
@BerbarianWizard was the first to alert me on it. No comments on its efficacy for Endo but it's interesting to say the least.
This conflates two completely different industries.
Regulated therapeutic peptides (Novo, Lilly, PeptiDream, the cyclic peptide companies) already have the “verification infrastructure.” It’s called cGMP, ICH stability protocols, USP monographs, release testing, cold chain validation, FDA inspections.
The peptide industry’s biggest bottleneck was never synthesis. It was trust.
We figured out how to manufacture molecules decades ago. What we still haven’t solved is proving, at scale, that what’s inside the vial survives shipping, storage, reconstitution, oxidation, heat exposure, and human handling exactly as advertised.
The next billion-dollar companies won’t be the ones discovering new peptides. They’ll be the ones building the infrastructure layer for verification: real-time stability analytics, chain-of-custody testing, degradation tracking, endotoxin transparency, and consumer-level authentication.
Right now people buy peptides the same way people bought supplements in the 1990s: mostly on faith.
Whoever turns peptide quality from ‘trust me bro’ into measurable infrastructure wins the entire industry.
“Build measurable infrastructure for peptide quality” = reinvent the FDA and Eurofins for products whose entire appeal is regulatory arbitrage.
The minute you make that quality signal credible, you invite the regulator in.
