The VGC meta right now is OK but some of the top mons' designs are starting to feel a little dated. Think of Rillaboom for example, he's just some gorilla that's strong, belongs in Gen 1. Spice him up with traits like being smart, using a bubble shield, and having a tesla cannon

He could jump into the air then do a big aoe where he lands, and maybe his ult would have him getting really angry…and he could be a gorilla from the moon…that would be amazing…
