We've contacted @MarketingCloud for MONTHS to get a hold of our rep to help us troubleshoot and it's been radio silence. Is that how customer service is supposed to work with @salesforce? Is it too hard to ask for a rep help us your product that we are paying tooth and nail for?
Tried to set up @virginmedia for my flat and they can't even deliver the equipment for self-install until 2 weeks after we move in. Is this how you treat all your customers, @virginmedia - an internet company that doesn't actually provide internet?
@virginmedia In a world where most of us work from home, how do you expect customers to live/get anything done without internet in their flat?
And self-install isn't even possible even though I offered to pick up the equipment from your office. @virginmedia this is unacceptable. I've been cheated into paying for a service I thought was premium only to be left without internet for WEEKS and your team has no concern.
Looking for flats in London is pure chaos, you're not allowed to do your job at all cuz these agents will call you at anytime and if you don't answer you won't get the flat and then you might get the flat but you've been fired cuz you didn't do any work for two weeks soooo
