okay, so what exactly do you plan on saying or doing? you need to help me out here, because it’s all confusing

yeah, that’s pretty much obvious. again though, another fail by the system. makes me question why i even bothered to come back, nothing has changed.

so it is? i’ve had therapy for this, hotch. but fine, i’ll do whatever i can do.

yeah, i know the situation. this better not be because of what i did, i left that behind me ages ago. bare in mind, our situations are totally different.

with what exactly?

hm?

sounds better than what i had planned, sure!

bag slowly dropping down her arm & into her hand. charlotte’s the first one she spots, returning a smile — though small. “hey, char.” her voice is quiet, but gentle.

her eyes shoot over to aaron’s office, catching his gaze. a nod in return with the smallest of smiles. “thank you.” & with that she heads to her desk, her old one thank god. she placed her bag down, still mentally preparing herself for this first day back.

first day back at work, a year and a half since she first left the BAU. through therapy sessions & getting herself the support she needed — she finally feels ready to return. however, she’s still nervous, exiting the elevator with a shaking breath.

vinnie.xn--6ii/ as i do every year, i’m going to do a refresh of my accounts to give myself a new start and hopefully gain muse again. it’ll probably take time for me to refresh over everywhere, but i will get there in my own time.

“ooh word spreads fast, hope it’s all good. but yes, that’s me.” a slight nod of her head, small smile on her lips.

the brunette rises to her feet, her hand held out toward her. “pleasure to meet you, hailey. i’m elle greenaway, would you like for me to bring you to his office? i assume he’s waiting for you?” her posture & tone gentle and kind, sensing the shyness in the blonde.

gaze shifting from paperwork up to the blonde, small smile on her lips. “that’s correct, yes. can i help you?”

just don’t trip over her toys and you’re good. i think she’d love you.

oh i don’t know, id say that’s debatable. she bit colleen on the ankle a couple weeks ago because she trod on one of her toys.

funny you say that. the lil chihuahua i have back at home is named after erin. erin strauss the second. long story, but i don’t think she likes it.

well, what fun is it being everyone else? i would have, but i had a little too much on my mind with this little one. besides, i don’t see you complaining that much.

well, a couple month back i got a chihuahua & i decided that for christmas she could do with a little friend for when i’m not around. so i picked this little one up this morning before work.

my name, yes?
