You get the nsfw admin flag if you're identified as a primarily nsfw acc, it doesn't matter if you label it correctly. That's also the reason this report reason exists. So if you post like 1 nsfw post among 20 sfw you'll not get a label but if you're a nsfw artist you prolly will
