First @marksandspencer cafe is losing customers with their order screens, and now they’re putting GF scones on toy plates… how am I meant to cut and butter this on this plate?! It’s the same size as the scone!!!

Did anyone else just get a second Emergency Alert test come through at 4am? 4 iPhones in our house and only one went off… not a nice wake up! Luckily it didn’t wake the toddler! #EmergencyAlerts

Hi @vuecinemas can you explain why this was listed when I looked on Thursday but I went to book it today and no sign of it? I’ve now got a very upset 3 year old 😢

And now trying to book to see Thomas the Tank Engine at @ShowcaseCinemas but the website crashed and now it’s locked us out of booking for 30 minutes as we took too long… not us, the website crashed!!! Toddler even more unhappy now!!!
Hi @McDonalds just out of interest, wondering why there’s no Monopoly stickers on the Veggie Dippers when there are on the chicken selects? Seems a tad unfair to me 🤷🏻‍♀️
Hi @Debenhams I think you need to make your emails clearer when only part of an order has been dispatched… I didn’t notice the different statuses in the black bars until after I found only have one item in my delivery. I also doubt I’ll have the second pair in 5 days from order.

Was fed up with previous pharmacy taking ages when I go to collect so thought I’d try @BootsUK in Chineham, but they’re so much worse! “Closed for lunch” while 3 member of staff working, didn’t have it, text 2 days later to say it was in but not there! Won’t be going back.

Same for us too, my children much prefer the books and I just get told me local McDonalds don’t have books!!

She's not the only one this happens to, itsnthe same for us,we treat the boys every week after a long day at school with sports club,always get a toy when a book is asked for.

I am fed up of asking for a book when we seldomly get a #HappyMeal from @McDonaldsUK and always getting a toy! Why ask if you’re just going to ignore us, and give us a toy anyway? This is the third time, don’t think we’ll bother with McDonald’s for quick dinner in the future.

I’m getting a bit fed up of driving to @IKEAUK in Reading only to find that the item I want that shows as in stock on the app is actually out of stock… apparently they have a bad theft problem with £6 toilet training seats and £6 laundry baskets! Sort your stock check out!
Also, the complaint process to get any money back is far too long winded and needs too much ‘evidence’!

Fed up with deliveries from @Tesco having mouldy fruit, short dates and loads of subs. Also hate my food being delivered from Reading (over half an hour away) when I live less than 2 miles from a store that also does delivery, what a waste of fuel and CO2!!!! Switching to @asda

Come on @BBCSport @bbctechcreate it’s 2021 - I should be able to get subtitles on the live feed on my phone… trying to watch the #olympics on night feeds, but having to guess the interviews and analysis!

@AnglianHome thanks for building an illegal/dangerous extension. Apparently, for the past 2yrs we’ve been living with sewage leak & illegally installed boiler. Kitchen sink & boiler now immediately decommissioned. No hot water and 2 young kids & you don’t answer the phone.
