After watching The Princess Diaries for the first time, I wonder if Mia's San Francisco home in a converted firehouse is worth more than the entire country of Genovia.

This is an excellent read and reiterates the importance of focusing on comprehension / learning instead of compliance.

New paper from @dianamfranklin1 -- the correlation between student *use* of a @scratch programming construct is only weakly correlated with their *understanding* of that construct. Artifact analysis isn't enough to measure learning. dl.acm.org/doi/pdf/10.1145/3…

Meet Spry Community High School grad Alexis Perez. This college-bound senior is heading off to @KK_College. Advice to incoming freshmen? "Never give up on your dream. Work hard. It doesn't matter if you have bad days, there are always good days in the end." #BetterMakeRoomChicago

Thank you, Bill! I'm a Kenwood teacher! I want my students to be competitive in the job market & it is hard bc we lack access to technology. I'm hoping to find funding for a 1 to 1 device program in my class. Would you be willing to donate 35 devices for my Kenwood students?
