Everyone wants to have a unique idea or be a monopoly but you can just be ten times better instead. In a lot of areas, no one is really trying. The world is coated with a film of inertia.
Super. Looking forward to reading this mini-book. The @TeamTopologies main book itself is packed with insight
Org/relational dynamics need urgent attention and help in every sphere of organizational life.
I don't expect much from freebies but the @teamtopologies "Organization Dynamics with Team Topologies" mini-book is def worth a read. #TeamTopologies

There appears to be no correlation between what Twitter thinks my interests are ("otters"? "Pens & Stationary"?), what my interests actually are, and what Twitter shows me. #PKMastery (Of course now having mentioned them I've confirmed my apparent interests. Dang!)
Glad to be doing @jarche's #PKMastery course. Getting some focus on who - individuals and communities - I'm connected to ("seek"), and developing better "sense" and "share" habits. I'm shifting interest away from strictly L&D space so lots of new discoveries to be made.
