Crock Pot Chocolate Pecan Cream Cheese Brownie Cake Ingredients: For the Brownie Cake: 1 box (15.25 oz) devil’s food chocolate cake mix ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted 2 large eggs ¼ cup whole milk ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips For the Cream Cheese Filling: 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened ⅓ cup granulated sugar 1 large egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp all-purpose flour For the Topping: ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips ¾ cup pecan halves ¼ cup chopped pecans ⅓ cup thick hot fudge sauce, at room temperature Instructions: Lightly grease the bottom and sides of your slow cooker and line with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine chocolate cake mix, melted butter, 2 eggs, and milk. Mix until a thick batter forms. Fold in ½ cup chocolate chips. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add 1 egg, vanilla, and flour. Mix until creamy. Spread about two-thirds of the chocolate brownie batter evenly into the slow cooker. Spoon the cream cheese filling over the brownie layer and gently spread it out. Drop the remaining brownie batter over the cream cheese filling. Sprinkle ¾ cup chocolate chips, pecan halves, and chopped pecans evenly over the top. Drizzle hot fudge sauce over the cake and gently swirl it into the topping. Cover and cook on LOW for 2½–3½ hours, until the edges are set and the center is slightly soft but no longer wet. Cooking times may vary by slow cooker. Turn off the slow cooker and let the cake rest for 20–30 minutes before serving. Serving Tip: Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or an extra drizzle of chocolate fudge! Pro Tip: Don't overcook! The center should stay moist and fudgy for that irresistible brownie texture
