Does anyone have any recommendations for acquiring user-submitted feedback/bug reporting on a website? Here's the tricky part - I'm looking for something that doesn't track users, resell data or any of that rubbish. Is this a thing?

So, prior to pushing a Typereel update, I've hit a bit of a wall re GDPR and am having nightmares about SWAT teams bursting through ceiling tiles and hauling me away. IF I only store details post-signup, is it acceptable to only require acceptance of those terms during signup?

Aaand we're there again! @TheCookiesHQ is going from strength to strength again this year and we'll be looking to hire a Ruby on Rails developer as well as a Front End developer. Both positions available in Bristol or remote (+/- 2 hours UK max).

Svelte is also a lot easier to learn than React, probably easier than Vue. And they have a lot of examples you can play with. svelte.dev/

Since beginning my job hunt, creative agencies using scroll reveal animation libraries on their websites as a blanket 'zip! swish! we do cool stuff!' content strategy is an overwhelming majority. I actually had to take a break because my eyes were getting tired.

Here's hoping this gets addressed soon. @tjmaxx do the right thing; pay artists for the use of their work.
TJMAXX @tjmaxx IS USING MY IMAGE ON THEIR SHOPPING BAG WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I created a pillow line in 2005 and I just found out that my image is being used on a TJMAXX shopping bag. PLEASE retweet this and get TJMAXX to listen.STOP the BIG GUY from taking from the little guys.

Calling all designer friends. I've just launched typereel.io and am looking for some juicy examples of type in the real world. If you're keen to contribute specimens, hit me up. You'll need a code to register for the time being (just while I iron out a few features)

Greetings twittery folk. As part of my Illustration MA I'm gathering research in the form of a survey. It's (oddly enough) about internet privacy and should take about 30 seconds simonlayfield.com/survey.htm…. Many thankings one and all.

Gaaah! A month or so ago saw a what I remember being a really useful alternative to using :first-child and :last-child psudo selectors to override list (or whatever sibling) styles. Now appears to have vanished. Anyone? Halp?
