Greeted the great man himself, Gary Imlach, as I rode through Soho half an hour ago, @ImlachHair will be pleased to know (but I imagine unsurprised) that he did not have a hair out of place. We'll miss him (and the rest of the ITV4 Tour de France team) next July ๐Ÿ˜“

"Vialli, problema di testa" (Vialli has a problem in his head, which is how Italian TV reported it when I was out there, enter Biaggio and Schillaci and the rest is history) ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‘

Mileage, funnily enough, no. 10 hour shift on this gig I maybe cover 60k. There is a lot of waiting around, and just to do a drop off at some buildings can take 20 minutes up & down in the goods lift. A 10 hour shift out of Acton for Ocado though in my old job was 100k easily.

Lovely to see Rory but there were sixteen pizzas on that bike needed delivering, luckily just round the corner so they were still hot. Also, a reminder I should probably get my hair cut before my niece's wedding later this month ๐Ÿคฃ

Today's work shift much enlivened by me turning up at a restaurant in Islington, the staff realising they had just given my order to a moped rider by mistake, and them sprinting 50 yards up Upper Street to retrieve it from him ๐Ÿ˜…

I'm obviously not a Sp*rs fan, but fair play to him using his reach to call this out and appeal for help ๐Ÿ‘
Tottenham and South Korea star Heung-min Son is calling for donations to support Palestinians through the World Food Programme. Last year, after a match against the Palestine national team, he also expressed his solidarity with their cause. Thank you Sonny @Sonny7

"Blimey Dad, that was a bit of a first half" The little ๐Ÿฆ needs a bit of a half-time breather as much as the rest of us do ๐Ÿคฃ
