I don’t agree with you on this one, brother. There are some appointees who have consistently shown support to the grassroots, checking up on people and making sure things are moving. Not to use myself as an example, but I know some PAs who have helped people from my own circle secure 9–5 jobs through my connections. Some too dey put the boys on and make sure they’re empowered. Through Opare, I’ve had support from the Ministry of Youth, with BerryPulse Media constantly getting calls to cover their events, even when some of my own people underestimated the media hub. I’ve also had support through Dr. Sesah’s connection, helping me build BerryPulse offline. And Karim Ewura Adams, who isn’t even an appointee, is also doing his bit to build the youth not just his team members but the grassroots too. Auntie Bridget Otoo di33 God bless her oo. Now, to address the matter again, I agree say some appointees are really doing well. Others too, the funds dey push but e no dey reach the grassroots as expected. But in all, most of them are doing their best, so I think it’s better we don’t generalize the whole thing, please.
