Why lentil flour? 🌾 It’s a nutrient-dense ingredient that delivers both function and value: • High in protein and fibre • Naturally gluten-free • Versatile across a range of food applications

A day at the yard. Loads rolling in, pulses moving through the bins and trucks getting filled. Just another day keeping Saskatchewan-grown pulses moving. 👍

Still smiling about this one! 🏆 The Simpson Seeds basketball team came out on top at the Filipino community of Moose Jaw’s annual Family Day Tournament. It was a great weekend cheering alongside the rest of the MJ community.

Today’s a good reminder of why we do what we do. For 46+ years, our pulse crops have been part of feeding communities and supporting agriculture, here at home and beyond. We’re proud to be part of Canadian agriculture and Prairie-grown pulses. 💪🇨🇦🌾 #CDNAgDay

Would you have guessed there were lentils in this? 👀 Ginger pumpkin loaf was on the menu for our staff leadership snack and learn session. It’s a great example of how lentils can be used in more ways than you’d think to improve the nutrition factor of delicious treats.
