I think he’s right.
The non-open tender contract awarded to Prosignal Consortium, whose executive chairman is Undang of Johol and executive director is Selat Kelang ADUN (who is also the former chairman of LLM), was probably one of those usual sweetheart deals.
What Hasni, who’s the current LLM chairman, Simpang Renggam MP and is a former MB of Johor, hasn’t mentioned is the cost.
How much is the contract worth?
Lula winning just made me realise the main political parties in Malaysia are all either right or far-right

On parle pas assez du fait que, hier à Rouen, sur une petite place où il n'y avait quasiment aucun manifestant et pas de violence, un policier a regardé dans les yeux une femme et deux jeunes fillettes, et leur a délibérément lancé une grenade lacrymogène dessus.
