Anyone genuinely happy with how they score leads in their CRM, or is everyone still doing it by gut?

Most agent demos die the moment you give them real data.

Remember when "we're an AI company" meant a wrapper around one API call?

You know you’ve lived in Bangkok too long when you have strong opinions about which 7-Eleven is the good one.

Is anyone keeping their enrichment tables clean, or does everyone's just turn into 40 columns of half-broken data after a month?

Codex 5.6: launched. Fable 5 limits: reset. Same day. I don't make the rules, I just benefit from them. Weekend = sorted. ☕

Kinda scary watching these agents figure out the edge cases you didn’t even think to define

AI removed the part where you write the loop. It didn't remove the part where the loop is a triangle "Compare every record to every other" looks like two clean lines 10,000 records → 50 million 100,000 → 5 billion That instinct is the whole gap between a script that flies in dev and one that dies in prod

A retry loop queued 6,000 duplicate follow-ups before anyone noticed. The webhook handler retried on failure. Smart, except the downstream call wasn't idempotent, so every retry made a new task instead of finding the old one. Idempotency is just the system knowing it already did the thing. Without it, a retry isn't a safety net. It's a multiplier.
