So I got into the @skillupimo digital empowerment program for Imo youths
Currently going to learn how to build PWA's with HTML, CSS and JavaScript... This is a great time to grab frontend development after learning and leaving it last year.
Wish me good luck 🙏

Yesterday, Imo youths gathered at Dan Anyiam stadium, Owerri for the flag-off of Cohort 2 of @skillupimo project. One thing is clear, there is high unemployment in Imo State. It is safe to say 50% of Imo youths are unemployed. There should be a long-term policy on unemployment.

To support the graduates as they venture into their careers, necessary materials such as laptops and other startup kits have been gifted to all. With the acquired skills and God on our side, we anticipate an Imo State soaring on the digital economy.

I therefore, call on all others who desire such skills, to approach the Ministry for enrollment and subsequent training. We will never relent in grooming our future leaders with necessary skills for a productive future.
