@Uber How is it possible for someone to drive under my account with fraudulent credentials? If your verification process works, how did this happen? I’ve submitted all my legal documents, and this is unacceptable.
It seems this should have been caught when they submitted their ID or vehicle registration. Obiously that is not very effective. What measures are actually in place to prevent identity fraud on your platform? #Uber #AccountSecurity
