After a looong time working on this challenge, here’s my take - Buffy as a gothic lolita.

Re Protocol: Real money in RWA (results for 2025 and plan for 2026)
Re Protocol is now the leader in onchain insurance, showing what real business returns actually look like.
Briefly in numbers (DeFi Llama):
• TVL: $255.97M (steady growth, main liquidity in ETH and AVAX, but Base is actively catching up).
• Real profit: $191.6M in insurance premiums collected in 2025. This is +128% compared to last year.
• Combined Ratio: 92%. To put this in perspective, this is better than many traditional insurance giants. The protocol really knows how to assess risks and profit from them.
Where can you put your stables?
Re has two main assets that generate real yield:
1. reUSD (low risk): 6-9% APY. Based on T-bills, it is perfect for parking stables.
2. reUSDe (underwriting): 16-25% APY. This is more interesting. But the risks are greater.
The project has confirmed assets of $154M+ through Chainlink PoR, passed Certora audits, and has already secured $18B in real risks. They already have $134M in deals lined up for 2026.
