An act of god stopped me from seeing Digger yesterday (train got stuck on the tracks). Looks like I missed my chance to see it in theaters. Here’s hoping it gets a best picture Nom so I can see it still
There’s a video essay blaming Morrison’s run of Batman making him too “goofy” and rereading again the first third of they’re Batman work. That shit is bleak and dark as hell. Yeah Morrison takes a lot of goofy elements and uses them to fuel the story, but Dr. Hurt is upsetting.
