Icing my knee and watching hockey. Struggled to rest today after a great Friday night at charity boxing (never watched any before) and therefore fucked up my knee sorting fairy lights outside 😂

Oh god I'm super anxious today

On my 6th dose of caffeine today. 2 coffees (one a protein one) and 4 cans of pepsi max. Absolutely shattered. But dinners done. Rest day tomorrow. Kind of want to cry I'm so tired/hormonal 😭🫣😂

Had a rough week last week, overdid it and spent 4 days recovering. Struggled mentally, so I was glad to get out of the house today with my sister. Coffee and @TKMaxx_UK trip ☺️ it's our go-to mood booster 😁

Spent today sleeping, swinging between fever and chills. All I want is a shower and clean sheets but 0 energy. Managed a pint of electrolytes but no food, far too exhausted. But I need to eat so tomorrow isn't (hopefully!) as bad.

Lulu has never spent the night on my bed... Looks like tonight's the first night 🥰 she woke me up at 9am demanding breakfast and everytime I walk around the house she meows and tries to herd me to the treats in the kitchen 😂

My grandma couldn't face taking her elderly blind and neurologically damaged rescue cat to be PTS today, so I took him. Cuddled him while the vet did it and kept it together until she said he'd gone. Lovely nelson had a great time living with grandma, she's so sad he's gone

Nap time. Kitchen is clean. Bedroom vacuumed, cat on my bed ready for sleep. I nap a lot when I'm home to try make up for the days I manage to go out and don't nap. Hoping to go out twice this week 🤞🤞

Had to share my outfit today. Summery weather means summery dress ☺️ bought in winter on sale, plus my new sandals 😁

My super old Samsung tablet is slowly dying 🫣 trying to watch the latest @SlapshotSyndic8 ep and it's frozen, crashed twice and now I'm rebooting again to hopefully watch while I dry my hair. If not I'll be resorting to my smaller screen phone 😫😂

Reached -43kg today! I'm so close to my goal, which feels super weird to say 😂 been a year in the making, and I'm makingy sister excited to get back on her weightloss journey 🥰

Having an internal freakout. Lulu (our cat) has NEVER sat on my lap by choice, tonight she's jumped up, got settled and us currently purring away along my leg 🥹 when Audrey was alive she was always up on my chair with me.
