the 15ish of us who started the plant in 2011 were like 90% out of province or international anglo undergrads if these changes go through it's clear that much of what i love about this city's recyclable effervescence + energy will be concretely hurt. not to mention the condos

...there may be other motivations for the change. The company says it believes "the policy will eliminate one strategy used to attempt to game the system or hide artificial streaming, as uploaders will no longer be able to generate pennies from an extremely high volume of tracks.
