Miyu-tan, 11th Dec They say that protein is good for your hair and nails! (Saw it online, though!) But, it seems like my hair also grow quicker! (Maybe it's just my imagination!) For drinks, I go with be LEGEND and Myprotein. As for my favourite protein bar, it's this.

Yes, it really took me eating low to no carbs, and some days of even below 500 calories, to drop a dress size. I recommend Musashi, Quest,Slim Secrets,Aussie Bodies bars, no added sugar, loads of protein, no pasta bread cereals
