I think that is very unfair, he has begun to introduce digital driving licences and vaccine passports. In DPER the work is not the flashy kind that you may notice, but it is solid and progressive. You should be addressing policy not the man.
I think your comment is unfair. He was the only one to push the legalisation of cannabis in the programme for government. Also he is the best qualified member of the Dail as he is a clinical database expert.
