I'm not claiming the missing screws prove how the ants entered. I'm asking Lenovo to investigate. Reassess my claim under my 2-year ADP, replace eligible parts, and repair any proven service-related damage at no cost. @Lenovo_in @cromaretail, I deserve answers and accountability.
