When I first heard people going at him, I was raising an eyebrow and thinking people where getting out of hand, I did my research on it and realized that he unintentionally crossed the line with his joke. Just be graceful and acknowledge the wrong, and apologize.
I understand that companies have specific rules and all for returning things. But I'm a little confused as to why @ShopprsDrugMart doesn't have magazines on their website stating they will not accept them. I bought a magazine that my dad wanted from Shoppers today at 5 40 pm.
just kept repeating the same thing over again about it being a different vendor and because it was made of paper, and because the expiry of the magazine was coming up, which wasn't making sense. The magazine was going to stop being on the shelves on October 27th.
