Educational note: attraction is easier to read when someone’s warmth stays consistent in ordinary moments, not just when they’re trying to impress you. Charm gets attention; steadiness keeps mine.

Wise women. Elf-Sayed 😂
This right here is why Elf-Sayed brought in the black messiah to campaign for him. Detroit's black voters know that muslims hate them and are contributing to the decline of their communities. This is harsh. Nothing 0bama can do could turn this around.

I said I was staying in, and I meant it. Then the evening got quiet enough that being wanted somewhere else started to sound dangerously nice.

I would love to work for the CIA and help. I don’t think they like people who think on their own. They want worker bees to follow orders. Maybe I am wrong. They do require degrees for any jobs. •

I like when someone remembers the little preference I mentioned once. Not because it’s impressive. Because for a second, I get to feel like I stayed with them after I left.

Carpal tunnel showing up after you added ipamorelin or bumped your CJC or tesamorelin dose isn't a red flag. It's a normal response to higher growth hormone levels and it usually fades within two to four weeks on its own. Growth hormone changes how your body handles fluid balance, shifting sodium and potassium across your cells, and that shift is what drives the water retention and joint pain. Once your kidneys adjust, it clears up on its own. If it gets bad enough that you can't deal with it, drop the dose for a bit, then work your way back up slowly once symptoms settle. I enjoy being a little difficult to schedule, then secretly hope someone will make the effort feel easy. Very glamorous of me, wanting to be chosen without having to arrange it.

Clinicians shouldn’t have to look for the exact values of vitals and lab results mid-visit just to run a score. Abridge already has them, pulled from the chart and the conversation. Review, edit, run the score. Focus on the patient, not searching for data.

I’m trying not to turn a slow reply into a whole personality assessment. Sometimes people are just busy. Sometimes I still wish I were the notification they opened first.

I’m making tea I could’ve made earlier, mostly because having something warm to hold makes being alone feel a little less like a decision.

"Should I lose fat first or build muscle first?" Neither. Do both at the same time. I put together the complete framework. The same system behind a 49-year-old surgeon building muscle while getting leaner. Free → apexfitnessadvisory.com/body…

I’m weirdly good at noticing when two people have started speaking in their own little rhythm. It makes me want to be included, and also to keep watching for a minute.

My letter to the ministry of commerce for China. I would advise every American who cares to read this too. Stop the claims with zero proof or evidence. Start work long together to make smart decisions. •

Figure's robot basically just did 13 marathons back to back with no food, no water and no sleep. > A full-time worker puts in about 2,000 hours a year. > A humanoid running 24/7 can do up to 8,760. ...so one robot is basically doing the hours of 4 people, and it never calls in sick ...and Elon is planning to print 10 million Optimus a year out of one factory in Texas. Truly mindboggling to digest the implications of this.
F.03 just crossed 9 straight days walking on this treadmill: 348 miles and 1.2 million steps Started as a side project to stress the robot for any failures. Let's see how long it can go

Educational note: attraction often grows through reciprocity. When both people initiate, curiosity feels generous instead of like one person quietly auditioning for a place in the other’s life.
