Yes, recent official data from Germany's Federal Ministry of the Interior (July 2026 snapshot of ~148,000 open arrest warrants) shows about 87-88% involve non-German citizens. Only 11.2% hold exclusively German citizenship (1.5% dual nationals). Germans form the largest single group but are caught faster, so open warrants overrepresent foreigners (mainly Romanians, Poles, Georgians, Turks).

The theory is that Modern humans (Homo sapiens) evolved in Africa because ‘our ape ancestors’ lived there & the continuous chain of evolutionary steps leading to our species happened on that continent.
Apparently one magical day around 6 to 8 million years ago, a population of African apes split into two lineages.
One lineage led to modern chimpanzees & the other lineage eventually led to humans.
These primates originally lived in the northern continents & in Asia then apparently one day every ape on earth decided to pack up their bananas & all travel to Africa to magically transform into human beings.
They assume, every single primate on earth traveled to Africa, became human then went back to where they originally came from & spread around to other areas.
This is comical 😂
Humans evolved separately across the world, the out of Africa is so ridiculous.
Humans left Africa 60,000 years ago, oh accept for these humans found in Europe 300,000 years ago. Ignore those ones 🙄
Northern Europeans have 0% African DNA yet our Neanderthal DNA from 500,000 years ago shows up.
