It's a count of instruction calls (not amounts) by date for the stake program.

y'know if you have a number of stake accounts under a single wallet address, it can be a pain to find them and add them all up. Most block explorers do a pretty subpar job with stake accounts. gelato.sh/wallets has: 1. fungible token scanner ("wallet profiler"), and 2. stake account inspector. Search by stake or withdraw authority, validator, and custodian addresses.

I really wish exchanges deposited their idle SOL with stake pools, they have plenty of options (Marinade, BlazeStake, etc.) to diversify risk although these days liquid staking risk on Solana is really low
