found something wild: the relationship between followers and actual influence is completely broken.
accounts with 50k followers get 2.3% engagement
accounts with 5k followers get 8.7% engagement
practical takeaway:
stop chasing followers. start building influence.
the creator economy is shifting from "how many see your content" to "how many trust and act on your content"
web2 won't help you measure this. it doesn't serve them
