Thanks to @NYCMayor for championing a single policy change that has the potential to improve so many New Yorkers' lives — an expansion of the Essential Plan could do just that by making those who are uninsured eligible for health care coverage.

Don't give your kids an allowance.
Pay them interest instead.
I made a system that naturally instills the power of compounding and makes them understand money.
Here's how it works, my downloadable worksheet, and the results:

Now that Acute Flaccid Myelitis (AFM) cases are re-emerging in the US, Europe, and other places it is time to review updated concepts for diagnosis and management. Take a look at the Lancet review and the supplemental material!!

465 Americans lost their lives today from COVID19. Depending on the org crunching numbers, Covid = 2nd 3rd or 4th leading cause of death on a daily basis in USA. It ain’t over. And some of us expect (me for example) yet another major variant this winter. Get your bivalent booster – at Houston, TX

Recently I've heard from collaborators in the US & Europe that #Enterovirus #D68 #EVD68 cases are on the rise.
EV-D68 is what I worked on pre-pandemic, & hope to go back to.
A significant autumn 2022 wave has been a recent concern.
So what is D68 & what might this mean?

When I get calls with questions about AFM, I'm going to just refer to this great thread.
