We've just rolled out two new SOOPER updates! 💳 More billing options You can now offer quarterly, half-yearly and yearly billing on your existing membership tiers! 💬 Dedicated order messaging Service orders in your shop now have their own message threads, keeping conversations organised and your DMs clear. Upload files up to 300 MB directly in the thread. Threads automatically close for buyers once the service is marked as delivered. Enable messaging individually for each product. Manage alerts under Settings > Notifications > Order messages. Order messaging is off by default, so make sure to enable it where needed! More docs and FAQs coming soon. Have a great weekend!

We want your home page to act as the shopfront for your entire business - clearly showing what you offer, what you sell, and the best place for a new customer to start. Featuring a tier puts your main offer front and centre, making it easier for visitors to understand your business and take action. To set it up, head to Tiers, choose the tier you want to feature, then select Highlight Tier. We're shipping features like crazy this year! Here's more! You can now sell products exclusively to members and set a different price for each membership tier. For example, you can make a sample pack free for Gold members, €5 for Silver members, or even completely unavailable without a membership. You’ll find this under Pricing → Members only in the product editor. Collections can now include shop products as well as posts. Your public Collections page will show both, with All, Posts, and Products tabs, plus tag filtering. This makes it easier for fans to browse related content and go straight from a collection to checkout. You can add products from the product editor or through Collections → Manage content. Products can now also use the same tags as posts, so they’ll appear in search and in your collection filters. Your membership page will now automatically show how many posts and products each tier unlocks, so new members can clearly see what they’re getting before they subscribe.

SOOPER Shop is now live. You can now sell digital products, services, commissions, coaching, bookings and more directly inside your community. We’ve also added a built-in booking system, audio previews, Buy Now pricing on posts, membership discounts, service redemption limits and co-creator management - assign your team to products and services.
