Microsoft owns the trademark for X. This is just too good.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Microsoft only holds this trademark for videogame-related services; this wouldn't affect Twitter.
However, Meta holds the "X" trademark for "online social networking services... social networking services in the fields of entertainment, gaming and application development..."

Asia 2004?-2023
This afternoon, our long-loved family member for 17 years passed in the sunshine she loved so dearly. Asia was our family and we will love and miss her.

Sooooo transparent aluminium. Got it.
Aluminium oxynitride is a ceramic composed of aluminium, oxygen & nitrogen. It's optically transparent & four times harder than fused silica glass, 85% as hard as sapphire. ALON-based armor can stop multiple armor-piercing projectiles of up to .50 BMG cal buff.ly/2jsoKBn
I’m not a Royalist, let’s just cover that first.
I am, however, keenly interested in history and my movement through it. Which is why I’m watching the first British Coronation in 70 years.
This is one of those moments in time that don’t come often.
Having finally gone through all the pictures from our last trip (to the UK, this year), I think this is my favourite.
I waited 15 years to retake this picture. It was worth the wait.

Just trying @Lightroom's new Denoise feature.
I am beside myself. The quality jump in images, especially high ISO low-light, is unbelievable.
I hope someone is planning to drop a lander or rover somewhere near any of the Apollo landers, so we can get a livestream of their current state.
Look, I love that iSpace is dropping a lander on the moon today. Love that it's livestreaming.
But, please people, @SpaceX has set the bar for livestreaming space-related missions. Please get interesting people, practice presenting in front of a camera, get a cheering crowd.
Honestly, anyone who believes @SpaceX is going to launch the *largest ever rocket* perfectly on the first attempt is clearly not paying attention to the history of spaceflight.
I’m duly impressed with what they did and can’t wait for the second launch.
Instructions say to complete the process by clicking on the Finish button.
There’s no mention of a Swedish or Norwegian button.
There should be a Danish button.
Mmmmm… danishes….
Perhaps not as well as we might have hoped. But SpaceX is a real engineering triumph; every event — success or failure — is valuable for the next run. That’s how you advance.
