This is a concrete example of how #Web2slop hits the Web3 reputation
Keep label them as #Web2slop until they start promoting the true Web3
These are our targets: @toncoin @Uniswap @Coinbase
If we don't fight they will continue earning by promoting Web2.5, killing the innovation that Web3 really has
Lets get back Web3 name to the truth!
Orivon is finally out on orivonstack.eth.limo
That's still a beta version, but new features are cooming soon
Lets make true Web3 real
The sea is open.
Orivon, the Web3 browser, is out now on Windows, macOS and Linux.
For years, Web3 has been a promised land most people could see but never quite reach.
You want to use one decentralized app, and suddenly you're installing an extension, a wallet, a node, a separate program for every protocol. Twelve pop-ups later, you're still on the important question,
"Is this the real and safe site?"
Some of the most painful losses in crypto came from the website sitting in front of it: a hijacked domain, a swapped file, a server someone else controlled.
Web3 decentralized the money but left the front door centralized.
Orivon is our answer.
WHAT ORIVON IS
Orivon is an open-source, Chromium-based browser built for Web3 from the ground up. It does what you expect from a browser (tabs, profiles, private windows, split view, extensions), and then it does what normal browsers won't.
1. Open .eth sites natively
Type a .eth name and Orivon resolves it with a light client running on your own machine, then checks IPFS content against its hash. Verified on your device, not taken on trust from a gateway.
2. Know what you're touching
Every site gets a Web3 Score: a badge showing how trustless it really is, from Level 1 to Level 4. Some well-known .eth sites turn out to be "Web2.5" because parts still load from centralized servers. Others, like raffy.eth, load entirely over IPFS and score as fully trustless. it shows its evidence, and you choose who provides it in Settings.
3. Real apps, one URL away
You open from a single URL and makes real peer-to-peer connections. No installers. No "download this other app first."
4. You decide who gets in
opening ports, talking to USB devices, reaching the network directly. Nothing is granted by default. Orivon asks you, shows every permission you've given, and lets you take any of them back.
5. Code tied to its owner
An app's code is checked against what its domain owner published. If the files don't match, Orivon shows you. And there's no Orivon server holding your data, because there is no Orivon server.
WHO OWNS IT
You can.
Orivon is open source (AGPL-3.0) and contributor-owned. Contributions are tracked, and merit becomes governance: the more you help build Orivon, the more of it you own. Code, design, content, testing and community all count.
If you believe in Orivon, Orivon is yours
The sea parted for everyone willing to walk through.
Just open.
One Click - Full Access.
That's quite normal
Binance has never been Web3, they are centralized banks with crypto support
We must push instead for real Web3 projects that really embraces and brings value to the decentralization
This is exactly why Iβm so adamant about DNS/ENS interoperability.
.ai already exists in DNS. If Binance and SPACE ID are handing out matching .ai identities independently of the actual domain owners, theyβre creating conflicting identities under the same names.
That means the same name could identify one person on the web and someone else in a wallet. Users shouldnβt have to understand competing naming systems to figure out who theyβre interacting with or paying.
ENS is open and permissionless, with no licensing fee to integrate. It supports both .eth subnames and real DNS names. Binance could build its own branded naming service using that infrastructure.
If all you need is an app username, use an app username. Thereβs no reason to dress it up as a DNS domain without respecting ownership of that domain.
Itβs 2026. We already have the infrastructure to avoid this confusion. Handing users DNS lookalikes and leaving them to discover the difference is embarrassing.
I expect better from Binance and SPACE ID. Their users deserve better.
I am really excited for the day the MVP will be out
Orivon is building the access layer for the decentralized internet, bringing Web3 domains, identity, privacy, and decentralized applications on one interface.
Our Goal is Simple:
β Make web3 onboarding easy
β Support one URL for decentralized identities, domain and application
β Create a unified environment for interactions and transactions on DApp

This is not just a brower
But a new web stack for the upcoming future
The same way Javascript and Extensions did, Orivon creates its own open unique new standards

11 years ago, @VitalikButerin founded Ethereum.
Today, @sp3rick founded @OrivonBrowser
@Ethereum challenged how value moves across the internet.
Orivon challenges how people access it.
Every generation of technology establishes a new standard.
The internet had browsers.
Web2 had platforms.
Web3 now has an opportunity to rethink access.
History doesn't move forward by repeating ideas.
It moves forward when someone builds what the previous standard couldn't.
What is the potential of Orivon?
A relevant percentage of world GDP will benefit trough Web3 value, if Orivon is the access layer, we hit a jackpot
