IT’S HERE! I saw The Best American Science Fiction and Fantasy 2024 at Barnes & Noble 👀 I knew I wanted to be a writer at 11. To see my stories in print in stores was my guiding wish through childhood cancer. “Emotional Resonance” being in this means the world #bestamerican2024

as vaguely as possible: enjoyed the majority of the ride, felt some endgame choices were out of tone with what the game setup promises—but I loved the lore and companions. I'm definitely attached to my Rook, might recreate versions of them and my Inquisitor in a novel someday 💜

It’s never too late to start masking. If you stopped when the government said you could - you don’t need their permission to start again. You don’t need a mandate to do the right thing. Masking is a sign of community care AND resistance. Mask up and show solidarity.

"how can people read books like harry potter, hunger games, divergent & still vote like this" it's almost like exclusively reading fiction about white protagonists leading revolutions doesn't equate to sympathizing for marginalized groups that already had the same oppressions IRL

okay but lets really talk about this. there is a difference between buying them and supporting them. dont just start another wave of buying bipoc without putting actual marketing dollars, for example, behind us AND doing research on how to reach our target audience
