Some boomer-ass modern car complaints:

I don’t support rent control but honestly I think a statutory minimum 5-year initial term for residential leases would be pretty decent.
We already do the same thing with commercial/retail leases in every Australian state as far as I’m aware.

Imo the amount of conflict is only a one-way indicator of the health of a relationship.
i.e. More conflict means a less healthy relationship but less conflict doesn’t necessarily mean a healthier relationship
