Football is not a platform for hatred, intimidation or vilification. Anyone who chooses to weaponise our game in that way is attacking everything that football stands for.

“An under-11s soccer match has erupted after parents flooded the field in a violent brawl, leaving the young players to watch on in horror.”
IMO, Manningham & Rowville need to showcase strong leadership here. Any player(s) involved must be suspended for a minimum of 6 weeks (I’d push for half the season), & all parents involved banned from attending matches for the season.
If the parents can’t take their sons to the matches, then they must leave the club (along with their sons).
IMO, this is the poorest & ugliest situation that can occur on a ⚽️ field in 🇦🇺 (junior players fighting & parents storming the pitch to also fight), hence, the tolerance level for such behaviour should be extremely low/thin no? 🤔

Diamanti is what the standard should be for marquee players. Great on the field, charming off the field, happy to get involved with the community. Need to see it replicated across every team.

Well done to the geniuses who only approved for TWO entry gates to be opened just so everyone can be over-searched because football supporters are criminals. #MCYvMVC

been off today. just caught up with this A-League idea floated by FFA through AAP. It sounds absolutely ridiculous. FFA have spent years chasing people who don't care about the game, now they are taking it to ridiculous levels. Give me strength.. – at Adelaide, South Australia
