Not everything on @ToriumNetwork roadmap has happened yet.
Some major milestones are still ahead, including the full-scale incentivized testnet, security audits, authority node selection and mainnet.
Other ecosystem plans are also still being developed.
And I think it's important to separate what's already built from what's still planned.
A roadmap shows the direction.
Delivery is what I'll be watching.

Being early in crypto doesn't automatically mean you've found a winner.
A project can be early and still fail.
That's why I pay attention to what happens after the hype:
• Is there a working product?
• Are people actually using it?
• Is development continuing?
The whitepaper series is done.
Now I'm watching the execution.
@ToriumNetwork already has the mobile app, internal testnet/explorer, PoP validation work and ecosystem partnerships.
But other milestones are still in development.
That's the distinction I'm interested in:
One thing from @ToriumNetwork own documentation that I think is worth highlighting:
TOR isn’t equity or ownership in the company. It’s intended as a utility token for the Torium ecosystem.
And the project makes it clear that its content isn’t financial advice.
Where is @ToriumNetwork actually on the roadmap?
Q1 2026: Foundation + app + internal testnet ✅
Q2: PoP validation + partnerships ✅
Q3: Wallet + testnet transactions + Torium Pay 🔄
Q4: Incentivized testnet + security audits + mainnet readiness ⏳
People see @ToriumNetwork and think: “It's a mining app.”
But mining is supposed to be the entry point, not the entire ecosystem.
TOR is being designed for:
• Payments & digital utility
• P2P transfers
• Product verification
• Supply-chain services
The interesting question isn't just how much TOR you can mine.
It's what you can actually use it for.
