A teacher said yesterday that @springmathk8 wasn't working. We said, "tell us more." She said no students had been recommended for individual intervention-- that's because ALL of her students are responding successfully to classwide intervention. I love it when that happens. :)

I feel like many leaders really swing & miss on implementation. They agonize over the choice. Then run a “pilot” that’s not really a pilot. No one watches the proximal data points. Great implementer leaders choose quickly based on experimental evidence & implement like detectives
